2026 digital detox notes

I don't think 'useless' websites and apps are the problem for me, it's more so using them in moderation.That ties in with improving time management so that I can do my hobbies.

Main problems:

  1. Turning off site-blockers to do stuff
  2. Not having proper 'fun tech time' schedule (this must be flexible according to my uni schedule)
  3. Phone in bed

Possible Solutions:

Hobbies to get back in touch with: Drawing, crochet, bookbinding, going to the library/on walks (two birds with one stone?), writing?

It's so nice to reference zines I've made in the past to help with this!
